Think back to when you first started your journey to healthy eating.
What questions did you have? How did you find the answers?
For most of our clients, our good friend, google, is the answer to many of our nutrition-related questions. The problem is there is so much misinformation out there about healthy eating, food, and diets that most people feel even more overwhelmed after searching it.
It is your job to help sort the fiction from the facts for your clients. Still unsure about why you need to write email content?
Have you ever went to sit down and couldn’t think of a topic to write about? For me, I do the majority of my content writing first thing in the morning and sometimes it can be tough for me to get the juices flowing with what I’m going to write about.
Typically, I will keep an ongoing list in my phone of nutrition questions that I’ve been asked to give me inspiration for ideas to write about.
You will see a theme here. I recommend making the title a number. Keep emails short, avoiding long paragraphs and use bullets or lists when you can.

If you aren’t in the routine of making email content. I would highly recommend you block out an hour a week and just get started. It doesn’t need to be perfect, you just need to put the content out there!
I would recommend downloading the app, grammarly, to proof your content before shipping it out to prevent any grammar/spelling mistakes.
Part of the ongoing support that we provide at HSN Mentoring is two pieces of email content already written out per month. If you really struggle to produce content, find out how partnering with HSN Mentoring can help you without spending time reinventing the wheel.
