Do you struggle to feel like you're providing enough value to your nutrition clients?
Are your clients making the progress that they're hoping for?
In this video, Kayla Pollock, the Director of Coach Development, will discuss how to feel more confident with your nutrition clients while increasing your overall value.
3 Tips to Feel More Confident When Working With Nutrition Clients
1. Listen More and Talk Less
Utilize OARS (open-ended questions, affirmations, reflections and summaries).
2. Take the time to understand what your client is truly wanting and why that’s so important.
Don’t make assumptions and let the client be the expert of themselves.
3. Practice Self Management
The ability of the coach to put their opinions and thoughts to the side to leave more space for the client’s thoughts and opinions.
