The constant support. The coaches are enthusiastic in the way that they deliver the HSN service. If the staff believe in it that much, its hard not to yourself. Not to mention, that shows consistent leadership. The staff turnover is very low which shows leadership is sound also.
Its also great that the owners, as busy as they are, remain accessible to everyone. That means alot in this day and age when so.much is automated.
HSN also constantly upgrades and updates its product as well. I think thats important. Its far too easy to create something once and let it remain. HSN is dedicated to constant improvement of what they offer.
