We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your evaluation. Evaluations that are canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or marked as a no-show are not eligible for rescheduling. In these cases, a new evaluation must be booked at a cost of $299.
During the evaluation, you are required to share your screen, which means you need to be on a desktop, laptop, or other device that allows you to easily share your screen. Not being able to do so will result in a deduction of points.

24 Hours Before the Evaluation
- Email your evaluator a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled call. Video Tutorial on steps 2-4: Watch Here
- Set up your “Demo Client” in the HSN App: Add biometrics with the following:
- Add the training program: “Individual Nutrition Coaching (48-week)
- Add the test habit, “Watch Daily Educational Videos” for the day of our consultation.
- Check that you’ve been added to the HSN Evaluation Group in the app using your email. After receiving your 24-hour reminder email, I’ll confirm that these action items are complete — so be sure to get those in!
After the Evaluation within 24 Hours
- Add your client’s habit and goals to your demo client in the app.Video Tutorial Here
- Clear out your demo client’s info if someone else on your team used the account recently.
- Send your “After the Initial Consultation” video message in the HSN Evaluations Chat Group. Example Video
- Send your weekly follow-up video message in the same chat group. Example Video
- Schedule the follow-up meeting reminder on your demo client’s calendar for the day after your evaluation.
- Attach the Google Doc link for your Master Pass-Off Notes in the Trainer Notes section of the HSN App.
- Email your evaluator the “After the Initial Consultation” follow-up email.
