This is what we hear from over 90% of the gyms that we talk to during free calls. Over the past 4 years, I have done over 1,500 free calls with gym owners and talked to even more at conferences. Unfortunately, I hear the same scenario the majority of the time.

They tell me, “I know nutrition is important but we just haven’t figured out how to create a system and generate revenue from it.”

We have over 75% of people convert to ongoing nutrition coaching. When there isn’t a nutrition challenge going on, new members start with nutrition and fitness programs on day one AND we charge for it!

I’m sure you are wondering, what’s the secret? It’s actually not a secret at all. Nutrition is the biggest pillar of our business. People come to us because we offer both and sometimes, they just start off with nutrition. If nutrition is a priority in your business, your current and potential new clients will make it one.

Of course, it’s a lot of work to set up the system. Logistics like, what to charge, how to build memberships, what your nutrition landing page should look like, what types of content should be created and of course, what will consult even look like?

Your job as an owner or nutrition coach is to give one clear path for direction. Employees and clients need to know exactly what to do to be successful. Nutrition coaches need to understand the process to ensure consistency between clients and ensure the delivery of your service is at the level that you expect. Your nutrition clients need to know what they need to do to see the results they are looking for.

This is the hard part. It took me over 10 YEARS to figure out a system that works and we are still refining it today.
