A former professional Muay Thai Kickboxer and current competitive wakeboarder, tennis player and DJ, he brings his unique personality and years of knowledge and personal experience of not just athletics but helping people be just healthier by simplifying the process and making it fun, realistic, supportive, and well….FUN! Dancing and laughter is alway included!
