There are so many choices on the shelves. How do you pick the best option? Many bars are loaded with sugar and carbohydrates which causes an inflammatory response and won’t keep you full for very long. Look at the nutrition and the ingredients label when trying to decide which bar to get.
Top things to consider when looking for a bar:
- Balance of carbs, protein and healthy fat
- Low sugar (4 grams = 1 teaspoon of sugar)
- Look at the ingredients, less is more!
