As a business owner, there are so many shiny objects out there of ideas to better your business.
When I look at the top 30% of gyms, who bring in over $5,000 per month from nutrition, they are doing a few things.
People need to understand how you can help them with nutrition. You should be asking 50% of the questions related to fitness and the other 50% related to nutrition. You are the expert and the guide to help your potential new clients reach their goals. It is your job to help them understand how nutrition plays a vital role in their success. The top 10% of gyms have above 75% of new clients getting bought in on both, nutrition and fitness.
There are only so many individual clients you can help within your facility. To reach more people and empower them to take control of your health, you must go outside of your gym. Offering corporate nutrition programs is the best way to build your program outside of your gym.
Your culture doesn’t change overnight. It is vital to your program’s success that you are consistent with making nutrition a priority. The means in email content, social media, conversations in classes and so much more! You as an owner must lead by example to get your staff bought into your program. You must be consistent with meeting with your nutrition coach to ensure they are set up for success and have the support they need.
Your program will only work if you do.
