Today’s guests on the podcast are two gym owners from Australia, Ellie and Alex from Cultivar Health. They wanted nutrition to be a pillar in their business from day one. They have a giant sticker on the wall listing the five pillars they focus on: nutrition, exercise, mindset, relationships, and sleep.
They are good at supporting their clients with all the pillars, except one, nutrition and they knew they needed help.
When we first talked to Ellie, she told us that her goal was to leave her position as a lawyer and help Alex run the gym full-time.
Ellie and Alex signed up with HSN before the COVID shutdowns and used nutrition coaching as their retention strategy. Within just a few short months, Ellie was able to leave her position as a lawyer to focus on the gym full-time and support her clients on their journey to health.
