4 Ways to Increase Challenge Sign-Ups

Are you looking to run a nutrition challenge?
Are you looking to increase sign-ups?

Everyone loves a challenge! A nutrition challenge is a great way to increase buy-in with current members and get people excited about nutrition again!

Once partnering with HSN mentoring, many gyms will launch their program with a challenge.

Here are 4 ways to increase challenge sign ups:

Strategy #1: Plan Ahead

Start marketing your challenge 6 weeks ahead of time. You should be posting about your challenge 2x per week via email and social media. Also make an announcement during classes.

Strategy #2: Make the Challenge Present Within Your Facility

Create a physical sign up sheet/board that is front and center within your gym. Add your name (and your staff names too it first). Keep those names present.

Strategy #3: Don’t Forget About Past Clients

Reach out to all past nutrition clients- maybe they fell off but they are ready to get back on track again with your help.

Strategy #4: Talk to All Current Clients

Set up goal setting sessions with all your current clients. At HSN HQ, we set up goal setting sessions with all of our current clients to discuss their progress and guide them to the best option that will help them achieve their next goal.

Remember, the goal of a challenge is to kickstart your nutrition program.

Talk about what happens after the challenge on day 1 to ensure clients have a clear understanding of what happens next.

If you are launching a challenge, we want to help you provide ongoing coaching after your challenge is over. Book a free call today!
