We do not offer pauses for the HSN Mentoring subscription. HSN requires an initial 8-month commitment then a 30-day cancelation policy.
If a gym is struggling, they should be referred to targeted growth before they are asking to cancel.
If there are extenuating circumstances, email Nicole and Lindsay to inform them of the situation.
If a gym cancels, they can come back within 3-months without paying the initial investment again. After 3-months, they can sign up within 3-6 months at a discounted rate (25% off), after that, they will have to pay the full amount to join HSN again.
