3 strategies to increase engagement with your nutrition program during the summer
Set realistic goals
During the summer, your client’s goals could shift or change, it’s important to make sure their goals are realistic for this season.
Ask your clients questions like:
What’s staying the same with your schedule?
What’s changing?
What is a realistic goal for you?
What does success look like for you at the end of the summer?
How you communicate with clients
What is the process for you following up with clients between those in person meetings?
At HSN HQ, we personally love to send video messages. This is a personal and interactive way to communicate with your client especially if you are not seeing them in person for a few weeks due to summer plans or traveling.
Help your clients identify who their accountability partners are
This is going to be who is on their side to help them stay on track.
This would be especially important if your client is going out of town or out of state, and they are going to be around a different group of people. Help your clients identify who those positive support people are going to be in their new circumstances.
