As a gym owner and dietitian, Nicole Aucoin understands what it takes to build a successful nutrition program. She believes something as fundamental as nutrition shouldn’t be complicated. She founded Healthy Steps Nutrition and HSN Mentoring to empower gym owners to make nutrition the foundation of their business.  

Kevin Beamon is the owner and CEO of both the traditional Crossfit Boxes, CrossFit Mt. Lebanon and 5 Borders Crossfit but also has created his own brand, Mecka Fitness. Mecka is a mutli-domain fitness facility that offers HITT classes served up in many different formats.. treadmills classes, bootcamp, yoga, spin, rowing, boxing and not mention a side hustle Nutrition Consulting Business, through HSN that has a team of 6 Nutrition Coaches.   

Jack Green is the founder of CrossFit Liberate and has been a CrossFitter since 2012. He specializes in developing a complete athlete experience. “I love helping others change their lives and reach their goals,” he said. 

Patrick Cummings has been building brands and creating content within the CrossFit space since 2006, when he helped start Again Faster Equipment. He is the co-host of the Chasing Excellence podcast, the producer of the Open Gym podcast and the creator of Functional Branding.

Nick Reyes is the chief happiness officer for PushPress, owner of KS Athletic Club, a career sales professional and Marine Corps Veteran. 

The moderator for the discussion is Heather Hartmann, the editor of Box Pro Magazine.
