Refrain from overtraining
Create parasympathetic practices as much as sympathetic practices. ex nature walk, meditation, deep breathing
Helping Clients
Coaching others requires us to meet clients where they are at. Evaluating their mental and physical capacity should be a part of the initial assessment process.
Create an individualized plan to help clients’ mental and physical capacities stay within their capabilities.
Slowly encourage an increase in their intensity pushing the limits of their capacity over time. Communication is key to success.
